These terms govern the relationship between Kubo Education ApS and our students, workshop participants, and corporate partners. By accessing our Rungsted Kyst atelier or digital platform, you accept these conditions in their entirety.
Kubo Education ApS is a Danish limited liability company registered under CVR 45068277. We operate as a design-first training atelier, providing professional-grade curriculum designed to meet international industrial standards.
Agreement to these terms is formed upon account creation, course enrollment, or physical attendance at our Rungsted Kyst facilities. We do not offer services without explicit acceptance of this legal framework.
Kubo Education operates on the principle of material honesty. Our curriculum is an archive of technical specimens, protected by intellectual property law.

Admission to Kubo Education Masterclasses is based on individual portfolio review or prerequisite skill assessment. We reserve the right to deny enrollment to applicants who do not meet the technical baseline required for the specific curriculum level.
Attendance: 85% attendance is mandatory for certificate eligibility.
Equipment: Students must provide their own industry-standard hardware unless specified.
Our methodology prioritizes active critique. Participants are expected to engage in professional, constructive review sessions. Harassment, plagiarism, or intellectual dishonesty will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Boundary Note: Critiques focus strictly on project output, strategic logic, and technical execution. Personal attacks or non-professional conduct are outside the scope of our educational mandate.
Account credentials provided for our Digital Strategy and Brand modules are strictly personal. Sharing login details or curriculum access keys with third parties constitutes a material breach of these terms.
Our pricing model reflects the industrial alignment and mentor-led intensity of the Kubo curriculum. All transactions are processed under Danish consumer law.
Full payment or an approved corporate purchase order must be received 14 days prior to course commencement. For corporate teams, custom invoicing is available subject to our B2B credit terms.
Individual enrollments are subject to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided the course has not commenced. After commencement, or for corporate bookings, no refunds are issued, although seat transfers may be requested.
Kubo Education ApS reserves the right to modify curriculum content or shift workshop dates to ensure instructor availability and curriculum relevance. If a session is cancelled by us, a full refund for the specific module will be issued.
Kubo Education ApS provides professional training, not a job guarantee. While our curriculum is benchmarked against current agency standards in Denmark, individual outcomes depend entirely on student effort, portfolio dedication, and market conditions.
Digital platform access is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for temporary outages, technical maintenance, or data loss beyond our control.
Information provided in workshops constitutes educational training, not legal, financial, or specific business advice. Kubo is not responsible for decisions made based on course content.

We collect and process personal data exclusively for the purpose of course delivery, certificate issuance, and billing. This includes your name, contact details, CVR information for corporate clients, and portfolio work submitted for review.
